18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement
This statement explains how AdultPunter relates to the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. In short: AdultPunter is an adult dating platform — it does not produce, create, or host sexually explicit material, so the federal record-keeping rules for producers of such material do not apply to us. What AdultPunter is — and is not
AdultPunter is a dating service for consenting adults — singles, couples and swingers — built to help people connect. It is not a pornography studio, a content production company, or an adult media host. We do not film, photograph, commission, produce, or publish sexually explicit images or videos of any person.
Because we are not a "producer" of sexually explicit visual depictions as that term is defined by 18 U.S.C. § 2257, the statute's primary producer record-keeping obligations are not triggered by the operation of this dating platform. The decorative and illustrative imagery used across the site does not depict real members and is not sexually explicit content.
User-generated content at launch
AdultPunter is brand new and growing the right way, with founding members just beginning to join. Any content that members may upload as the platform opens — such as profile information — is subject to strict rules:
- Every member must be 18 or older and must confirm their age on sign-up. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed immediately.
- Members may only upload images of themselves, and only with full, informed consent of everyone depicted.
- Sexually explicit, pornographic, or hardcore material is not permitted as user content. AdultPunter is a dating platform, not an explicit-media host.
- Non-consensual content is strictly prohibited. This includes any image or recording shared without the consent of the people in it.
We reserve the right to review, restrict, or remove any uploaded content at our discretion, and to suspend accounts that break these rules.
The "Live Cams" partner is an independent service
AdultPunter earns revenue through a clearly-labelled Live Cams feature, which links out to erotiklive.net, an external adult webcam service. That webcam service is operated by a separate, independent company. It is not part of AdultPunter, and its performers are not AdultPunter members.
As an independent producer and host of its own content, the webcam partner is solely responsible for its own 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping, age verification of its performers, and the compliance statement published on its own website. Any 2257 records relating to content shown on that service are maintained by that service, not by AdultPunter. If you have questions about their record-keeping, please refer to the compliance information on their site.
How to report content
We take reports seriously and act quickly. If you believe any content connected to AdultPunter is non-compliant — for example, content you suspect involves a minor, content shared without consent, or anything that otherwise breaks our rules — please report it right away:

Where a report concerns the independent webcam partner's own content, we will help point you to the correct channel, but final removal of that content rests with the operator of that service.
Accuracy of this statement
This statement is written to be honest and accurate. AdultPunter does not populate the site with fabricated or AI-generated profiles posing as real members, and we do not present the independent webcam partner as if its performers were dating members. If our role changes in a way that affects record-keeping obligations, we will update this page accordingly.
