This policy explains, in plain English, exactly what data AdultPunter collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the control you have over it. We have kept it short on purpose, because right now we collect very little. AdultPunter is a brand-new adult dating site in its founding-member phase, so there is no legacy data behind the scenes — everything from the old version of this domain was permanently deleted before relaunch. What follows is the whole picture.
Who runs this site
AdultPunter.com is operated from France, which means we apply the standards of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to everyone, wherever you live. If you have any question about your data, or you want to exercise one of the rights described below, you can reach a real person at [email protected]. We answer every genuine request.
What we collect
We deliberately keep data collection to a minimum. At this stage there are two ways your information reaches us:
- Founding-member signup. When you join, we collect your email address and, optionally, a display name you choose. The email address is required so we can contact you; the display name is entirely optional and never has to be your real name. That is it — we do not ask for your real name, your home address, your phone number, your photos or your payment details at signup. Joining is free and there is no credit card involved.
- Server logs. Like almost every website, our server automatically records standard technical information when a page is requested — your IP address, the date and time, the page you asked for, and your browser's user-agent string. These logs exist for security, abuse-prevention and basic troubleshooting, and they rotate out automatically.
We do not run hidden trackers that build an advertising profile of you, and we do not buy data about you from anyone else.
Lawful basis
For the email address and display name you give us, our lawful basis under GDPR is your consent: you choose to hand us those details when you sign up, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by asking us to delete your account. For the limited technical data in our server logs, our basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and functioning. We rely on legitimate interest only where it does not override your own rights and freedoms.
How we use your data
We use the data we hold for a small, specific set of purposes:
- To let you know when the site is ready and to invite you, as a founding member, when matching and full features go live.
- To contact you about your account — for example, to confirm a request you made, or for an important security or service notice.
- To keep AdultPunter secure and working, using server logs to detect abuse and fix problems.
We do not sell your data. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers or data brokers. Your email address is yours; it stays with us only for as long as you want to be a member.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address and display name for as long as your founding-member account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we erase that information promptly and it does not come back. Server logs are short-lived and are rotated and discarded automatically as part of routine server maintenance — they are not retained indefinitely and are not used to track you across the web.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have clear, enforceable rights over your personal data, and we honour them whether or not you live in the EU. You can:
- Access — ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Rectify — ask us to correct anything that is wrong or out of date, such as a mistyped email or a display name you want changed.
- Erase — ask us to delete your data and close your account entirely (the "right to be forgotten").
- Withdraw consent — change your mind at any time; withdrawing consent means we delete the data you gave us.
- Object or restrict — ask us to stop or limit certain processing.
To exercise any of these, simply email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, and tell us what you would like. There is no charge, and we will confirm once it is done. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority.
Cookies
AdultPunter uses essential cookies only — the kind needed to keep you logged in and to let the site work safely. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party marketing pixels on these pages. Because we keep cookies to the strict essentials, there is nothing here that profiles your browsing for advertising.
External links
AdultPunter includes a clearly-labelled "Live Cams" partner feature. When you tap a Live Cams link you leave AdultPunter and go to an independent adult webcam service that we do not own or control. That partner is a separate company with its own privacy policy and its own data practices; once you are on their site, their rules apply, not ours. We never share your AdultPunter account details with them — clicking a partner link does not pass your email or display name across. We may also link to other editorial resources, such as guides to adult venues near you; the same principle applies to any site you reach by following a link away from AdultPunter.
Children
This is an 18+ site. We do not knowingly collect, store or process data from anyone under the age of 18, and there is no under-18 content or audience here. If we ever learn that someone underage has supplied us with personal data, we delete it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has contacted us, please email [email protected] and we will act at once.
Changes to this policy
As AdultPunter grows out of its founding-member phase and adds features, this policy may be updated to stay accurate. When we make a meaningful change we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Because we are building this site the right way from the start, our goal is for any future version of this policy to collect less from you, not more.
