Terms of Use

These terms set out the agreement between you and AdultPunter.com when you visit the site, read our guides, or create a founding-member account. Please read them carefully. By using AdultPunter you accept everything below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You may only use AdultPunter if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. By using the site or registering an account you confirm and warrant that:

• You are 18 or older (or older still, where local law requires).
• You are accessing the site of your own free will and adult content is lawful in your location.
• You are not registering on behalf of anyone else, and you are not a convicted sex offender where this would prohibit your use of a dating service.
• All information you provide about yourself is true and relates to you personally.

We may ask you to verify your age at any time and may suspend or close an account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

2. About AdultPunter and its current status

AdultPunter is a genuine real adult dating site for singles, couples and swingers, relaunched on the legacy AdultPunter.com domain. All previous data, profiles and photos from the old service have been permanently deleted and will not be restored — see our legacy account notice for details.

The relaunched platform is brand-new and growing the right way. We are openly pre-launch: members are only just starting to join as founding members, and our member base is small and honestly growing. We will never inflate that picture with invented numbers, fake profiles, or AI-generated members posing as real people. When we describe the community, we describe it truthfully.

3. Your account and founding-member terms

To use the dating features you create a free account. There is no signup cost, no credit card is required, and we will never ask you to pay to join as a founding member. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login details confidential and not sharing your account with anyone.
• The accuracy of everything in your profile — your photos, your age, your relationship status and your intentions must all be honest and represent you.
• Every action taken through your account, whether by you or by someone you allowed to use it.

As an early member you understand that features are still being built out, that the community is in its founding phase, and that parts of the service may change, pause or improve as we grow. We may contact you about your account and important service updates using the email address you provide.

4. Acceptable use

AdultPunter exists to help consenting adults meet for genuine connections — casual encounters, dating, swinging and discreet relationships between adults who all agree to take part. To keep it safe and respectful, you agree that you will not:

• Use the site if you are under 18, or attempt to interact with anyone you believe is under 18.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, impersonate, defraud or abuse any other person.

• Solicit money, gifts or financial information from other people.

5. Strictly no illegal or non-consensual content

You must never upload, request, share or link to such material anywhere on AdultPunter. Accounts involved will be terminated immediately and, where the law requires, reported to the relevant authorities. If you come across anything that breaches this rule, report it through our DMCA page and it will be reviewed and removed promptly — typically within 24 hours.

6. Accuracy of information

You agree that all information you submit — in your profile, in messages, and anywhere else on the site — is accurate, current, and genuinely yours. Out-of-date, misleading or false details (especially around age, identity, photos and relationship status) undermine trust for everyone and may lead to your account being suspended or removed. We publish our guides and editorial content in good faith, but we cannot guarantee that every piece of advice fits your personal circumstances.

7. Affiliate disclosure — the Live Cams partner feature

When you click a Live Cams link you leave AdultPunter and visit a third-party site that we do not own or control. If you sign up or take certain actions there, AdultPunter may earn a commission from that partner. 8. Intellectual property

The AdultPunter name, logo, written guides, layout and design are owned by AdultPunter.com or its licensors and are protected by law. You may read and share links to our pages, but you may not copy, republish, sell or otherwise exploit our content without written permission. Content you post remains yours, but by posting it you grant AdultPunter a licence to host and display it on the platform so the service can function.

9. No warranty

AdultPunter is provided "as is" and "as available". As a brand-new and growing service, we do not promise that you will meet a particular person, receive a particular number of matches, or that the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We make no warranties about content on third-party sites we link to, including the Live Cams partner. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

11. Termination

You may stop using AdultPunter and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access — with or without notice — if you breach these terms, behave in a way that harms other people or the service, or where we are required to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as the rules on illegal content, intellectual property, disclaimers and liability) will continue to apply after your account ends.

12. Changes to these terms

As the service grows we may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes may also be highlighted on the site. Your continued use of AdultPunter after an update means you accept the revised terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France, and any dispute relating to AdultPunter or these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your own country of residence.
