DMCA & Content Removal
AdultPunter respects intellectual property rights and the dignity of every person. We comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and we strictly prohibit non-consensual intimate imagery and any content uploaded without the documented consent of everyone depicted. This page explains how to report a problem and how we act on it.
Our commitment
AdultPunter relaunched from a clean slate, and the platform is in its founding-member phase. We do not populate the site with imagery of real people, and decorative artwork on the site does not depict members. Even so, the moment any user is able to share content, that content can be misused — so we maintain a clear, fast process for taking it down. We act on two kinds of report:
- Copyright infringement — material posted that you own or control and did not license for use here.
- Non-consensual or unlawful content — intimate imagery shared without consent, content depicting anyone who is or appears to be under 18, or other material that violates our rules or the law.
How to file a takedown notice
Send your report by email to [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA / Content Takedown”. To let us act quickly, please include the following:
- Your full legal name and contact details (email, and a postal address if you are filing a copyright claim).
- A clear identification of the work or content concerned — and, for copyright claims, where the original lawfully appears.
- The exact location of the material on AdultPunter: the full URL or URLs of every page where it appears, so we can find it without guessing.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, the law, or — for non-consensual content — by the person depicted.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorised to act on the owner’s behalf (or that you are the person depicted, or their authorised representative).
- Your physical or electronic signature.
If you are reporting non-consensual intimate content and you are the person shown, you do not need to own the copyright or supply legal language — just identify the material and confirm you did not consent to it being shared. We will still act within 24 hours.
What happens after you report
- We acknowledge your report by email, usually the same day.
- We review the material against your notice. For valid non-consensual-content reports we remove or disable access within 24 hours; copyright claims are actioned promptly once verified.
- Where there is a poster to notify, we tell them what was removed and why, and we give them the opportunity to respond through the counter-notice process below.
- Repeat infringers and anyone who uploads non-consensual or illegal content lose access to AdultPunter permanently, and serious cases may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
Counter-notice process
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake — for example, you hold the rights, or the material was removed by misidentification — you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Counter-Notice”. Please include:
- Your name, address, email and physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it previously appeared.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.
We do not restore content that depicts non-consenting individuals, minors, or anyone whose consent we cannot verify, regardless of any counter-notice. For copyright matters, if a valid counter-notice is received we may forward it to the original complainant and act in line with the DMCA’s timelines.
False reports
Filing a knowingly false notice or counter-notice can carry legal liability under the DMCA, including liability for damages and costs. Please report only material you genuinely have the right to report.
For wider context on how we keep AdultPunter honest and safe, see our dating safety guide, our terms of use, our privacy policy and our 18 U.S.C. 2257 statement. The “Live Cams” section is a clearly-labelled partner feature linking to an independent adult webcam service; takedown requests concerning that external service should be directed to the operator of that service.
